Once committing to using Tropical Dreams Travel, All Planning fees will be charged prior to the commencement of the included services below:

Assistance with choosing a destination(s), lodging, transportation, travel insurance recommendations, and local activities & excursions – I will prepare different vacation options and propose them to you with your travel preferences, budget, and dates.
Client file management
Booking and reconfirmation of all travel components
Full access, via phone, text and e-mail, to your dedicated travel agent
Regular updates regarding travel documentation, current travel restrictions, protocols, vaccine requirements and so much more
Peace of mind before and while traveling with 24/7 emergency assistance available
Post trip follow up

Once Tropical Dreams Travel has constructed your itinerary, if you find a better deal for the same travel components that were quoted to you by Tropical Dreams Travel, you must show proof and give them an opportunity to book the same deal. All planning, research, cancellation & change fees are non-refundable. All applicable cancellation, change and planning fee(s) details have been included in this form.

Changes or cancellations to tickets / hotels / itineraries after initial deposit. All name changes will be subject to change fees. All room/ package changes are subject to the current rates, promotions, and terms & any penalty fees at the time of change with the tour operator/supplier. Should your travel plans be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, whether at your request or for any other reason, a cancellation service fee will be charged to the passengers credit card at the time of cancellation. These fees are in addition to any penalties imposed by supplier(s)/tour operator(s).

I agree with the above terms and conditions and engage Tropical Dreams Travel to research my vacation plans. I agree that if I decide not to continue with the vacation or I book it with another agency, that Tropical Dreams Travel will be entitled to retain the planning & research fee as remuneration for efforts made on my behalf.
