Melody is a Godsend for travel planning. She is extremely helpful and responsive. She is patient with answering the dozens (if not hundreds!) of questions I had regarding this trip. And even though she was also on vacation, she took time out of her trip to notify us of time changes on our return flight! We travelled “during Covid” and she even made that as painless as traveling during Covid could possibly be. We have booked all our trips with her since 2016 and we will keep going and continue recommending her to everyone!

Tropical Dreams Travel goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs as smooth as possible, and the information she provides is very informative. Loved the travel portal that she provided with all the details regarding our trip, loved the chat option with the big group that we could communicate with Melody as well as everyone in our group, this made it so much easier to locate and find each other with a group of 60+ this was a life saver for us.
